In 1984, Susan founded the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Education Foundation (USPAACC) with a group of business and civic leaders in Washington, DC and California, to bring the diverse Pan Asian American business and professional people together as one unified voice in business, commerce and trade. In 2001, she won two Federal cases for her clients, took a sabbatical leave from her law practice, volunteered for USPAACC as its National President & CEO, and took USPAACC to a new level. She did not return to practice law and remained full time National President & CEO.

Clyde Wong
President, USPAACC Western Region
Clyde Wong is the founder, President, and CEO of CE2 Corporation. CE2 provides a broad range of mission support services, including environmental, project, and program, management, as well as logistics, sustainability, procurement, administrative, and integrated business solutions. CE2 is known for delivering innovative, value-added solutions, and developing long-term partnerships with its clients. CE2 is a protégé to Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory under the Department of Energy’s Mentor Protégé program. It has received numerous awards, including the SBA Administrator’s Award for Excellence. Mr. Wong is also the Vice President of the Northern California 8(a) Association, and has served on the Small Business Advisory committee to the Department of Energy, Office of Small and Disadvantage Business Utilization.

Savio Chan
President, USPAACC Northeast Region
Savio S. Chan is an expert in doing business in China. He serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of US-China Partners Inc., a privately held business development firm specializing in market entry, strategic sourcing and marketing development in China for U.S. companies. Savio also facilitates local and cross-border joint ventures among leading Chinese multinationals and Fortune 1000 companies. Savio majored in International Marketing at Baruch College in New York City and has been profiled in many publications, including in The New York Times, Chief Executive Magazine, InformationWeek, VARBusiness, Long Island Business News, and Newsday. In 2006, Long Island Business News named him one of their “Top 100 Most Influential.” Savio also hosts the PBS syndicated TV show, Asian America, sponsored by Wal-Mart.
