In 1984, Susan founded the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Education Foundation (USPAACC) with a group of business and civic leaders in Washington, DC and California, to bring the diverse Pan Asian American business and professional people together as one unified voice in business, commerce and trade. In 2001, she won two Federal cases for her clients, took a sabbatical leave from her law practice, volunteered for USPAACC as its National President & CEO, and took USPAACC to a new level. She did not return to practice law and remained full time National President & CEO.

Clyde Wong is the founder, President, and CEO of CE2 Corporation. Neera Bahl started her Legal career in January 2005, when she joined a small law firm as an associate in 2005. Thereafter in 2007, she became a name partner in the same firm. In April 2009, she founded Neera Bahl & Associates for her independent practice of Immigration law. Earlier, Ms. Bahl interned at the Carter Center, Atlanta (Human Rights Division); worked as a Constituent Representative for U.S. Rep. Denise Majette (GA Dem. ‘04-‘05), focusing on immigration issues; and served as law clerk for Fulton County Superior Court Judge Honorable Gail S. Tusan.
EDUCATION: Licensed in Georgia, she received her J.D. from John Marshall Law School – Atlanta (2001). Prior to that, she served as a Sr. Research Specialist for 16 years at the Emory Univ. Dept. of Dermatology, and for 5 years at the Univ. of Alabama. She received her M.A. in English from Punjab University, India (1979); B.Ed. in Psychology from D.A.V. College, India (1977); B.S. in Chemistry & Biology from D.S. College, India (1976).

President and CEO of Horizon Services Corporation. Ted founded Horizon in 1991 and under his leadership, Horizon has received numerous awards including Inc. Magazine’s award for fast-growing urban companies, U.S. Small Business Administration’s Small Business Person of Year-District & Regional Award, Connecticut Governor’s IC 10 Entrepreneurship Award. Ted has been a mentor to dozens of Connecticut start-up and small businesses over the years. He is a frequent advocate & speaker on behalf of small and minority business before local, State legislature, Agencies and Congressional bodies. He is the founder and co-chair of the New England Minority Business Task Force and is currently a Board member of the East Hartford Chamber of Commerce.
