1. What time should I arrive in Washington DC?

• You should arrive at Hilton Washington, 1919 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Washington DC 20036, during the day on May 27 before 6:00 pm to attend the orientation.

2. What time would I be able to leave on the last day?

• You could leave the Hotel after 3:00 pm on May 29.

3. Will there be someone to meet me at the airport on the 27?

• Please see the logistic information we sent you on April 21

4. What is the time schedule for the Conference?

5. What is the name of the nearest airport?

• Ronald Reagan Airport is the nearest to the Hilton Washington

6. Can I arrive at Dulles Airport?

• Yes, however, Dulles Airport is farther than Ronald Reagan Airport from Hilton Washington. In addition, from Dulles airport, you have to take a long bus ride to the metro. So, it is better to arrive at Ronald Reagan airport.

7. Do you want me to email the address of the financial aid office, cashier’s office or the actual university?

• To disburse the scholarship to the college/university you will be attending this fall, please provide us with the name, address, phone and fax number of their registrar’s office.

8. I am unsure about my university choice for this upcoming fall. When is the latest I am able to tell and verify you of my choice?

• Any time before September 2008.

9. Is it possible to take the Amtrak to Washington DC?

• If you live within Amtrak’s train route, by all means, take the train.

10. I am not sure if my school will accept my attending the conference as an unexcused absence. Could I receive documentation stating that I will be at the Conference?

• You could use the letter we sent you on April 21.

11. Am I going to stay there for the entire period of the Conference?

• Yes, you will be at the Conference from May 27 to about 3:00 pm on May 29.
