Since our founding in 1984, we have earned a reputation as a particularly effective matchmaker for contracting organizations seeking to meet their diversity goals. Our organization also helps our members prepare information packets to accompany their bids on procurements, and we facilitate meetings between USPAACC-certified companies and member organizations.

USPAACC knows how hard it is to keep up with RFPs as they are issued. That is why we are proud to offer contract opportunities to our members through our website. One of the many benefits of your USPAACC membership is access to the most current contract prospects through our online database - E-Portal.

On the local level, USPAACC sponsors contract opportunities through our regional offices. Do you have ideas for making these networking opportunities more effective? E-mail us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

How To Win Contracts

  • Winning contracts requires a number of skills and qualities. Among them:
  • Building business relationships with procurement officials
  • Completing and submitting proposals on time
  • Perseverance
  • A willingness to participate in teams, joint ventures, and partnerships
  • The ability to work effectively as a sub-contractor

The USPAACC team helps our members through the RFP response processes and facilitates meetings with decision-makers at our various member corporations and organizations. We offer services that give you the executive grooming that inspires trust.

Certification as a USPAACC Asian American business can help to secure contracts when buyers are looking for diversity suppliers.  Participating in USPAACC-sponsored events will increase your exposure and enhance your image as a supplier of choice.

Government Contracts

Federal, state and local government agencies constantly seek qualified and certified Asian American and minority suppliers. Since 1984, USPAACC has been committed to connecting these sought-after Asian American and minority suppliers with the appropriate procurement officials.

We are proud of our business matchmaking efforts: Members who join the Asian American Suppliers Council have been very successful in meeting the needs of their government customers, and many a relationship has continued well after a supplier’s graduation from the 8(a) program.

Government members support USPAACC by providing the most current procurement information; this enables our supplier members to bid on the contracts they are most able to fulfill.
