A Shining Star

My experience at the 16^th Annual Excellence Awards & Scholarship Dinner was a highly anticipated one. I was extremely excited and overwhelm with joy. My life changed indefinitely, this experience was breathtaking. I have looked forward to this moment all my life.
 

Upon my arrival at Hyatt Hotel, I was quickly met Edmund, one of the Sodexho’s employees who was definitely encouraging. He introduced me to a lot of small businesses and big businesses. Meeting all those different people made me feel like I had advanced and grown quickly. I believe there are many opportunities for someone as diverse and intellectual as myself. Meeting the many companies and attending the business fair broaden my horizon and expended my outlook on life.
 

The most exciting part of the events was the Scholarship Dinner, especially when I heard my name was calling to get the award. I felt overwhelmed with the attention from the media. In the meantime while I was walking down the step I saw Ms. Jana K. Goldenman, the Administrator of General Mills who was so friendly and beautiful also walking toward me with a bright smile. It had helped decrease the butterflies in my stomach while I was receiving the award that she presented me. As a couple we really shinned and the night was ours.
 

Thanks the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce and many businesses enterprise for making this great event happened. It was the most memorable time in my life; this night will stay with me forever. Special thanks to General Mills for granted me this prestigious award. By receiving the scholarship I now plan to put it to good use. Also, I plan to never put limitations on my dreams, my goals and my life.
