Joan Yang, Ph.D., President/Founder of Rand & Jones Enterprises
As CEO, Joan Yang built R&J into a $15 million company over 20 years, with sophisticated infrastructure, and tight management and accounting systems. Joan oversees all aspects of the operation including development of business strategy for controlled growth, marketing, staffing, project management and successful execution and completion of all construction projects

While Yang credits USPAACC for “planting the seed” that led to many opportunities for her company, she knows it is important to continue to nurture those relationships that have arisen from USPAACC events.
