.

Tap outstanding employees
We can help corporate diversity recruitment programs locate top Asian American executives, managers and professionals.

Learn about diversity
In partnership with major corporations and government agencies, we produce educational seminars for executives and managers on the dynamics of living, working and doing business in a multicultural and multi-ethnic environment, America.

Get to know the Asian American community better
As a group, Asian Americans are highly educated, have the highest per household income, produce over half of the total receipts of all minority-owned businesses, create half of the jobs created by all minority-owed businesses, and is the fastest growing group in America. Getting to know them makes good business sense.

Reach Asian American organizations all over the United States
Our National Directory of Asian American Organizations & Resource Guide is the only one of its kind.  Over 10,000 legislators and policymakers, corporate and government executives, entrepreneurs and professionals affiliated with USPAACC receive our quarterly newsletter, East West Report.  Companies that join us get noticed!

Asian American Suppliers Council
We provide a unique one-stop shop for both corporate America, government agencies, and Asian American businesses to nurture and develop mutually beneficial business relationships. Asian American suppliers join AASC to increase their contacts and sales. Corporate and government purchasers join AASC to diversify their supplier and customer base .

USPAACC E-Portal
This is our one-stop shop where Asian American businesses could reach corporate and government buyers and vice versa.  You can meet and do business with each other without having to leave your desk. The e-portal allows corporate and government buyers to find Asian American suppliers and post contract opportunities; and for suppliers to register for recognition and identification by buyers.

Regional Procurement Connections
We present issues of importance not only to Asian Americans, but to those who want to do business with Asian Americans and in Asia.  Our colloquies often receive media coverage and we have covered topics such as Technology Transfer, Race Relations, Asian Americans and Political Fund Raising, How to Market to Asian and Asian Americans, Teaming with Strategic Partners to Build Capacity, and Hong Kong’s Future after Reversion to China.

Seminars
We hold joint educational events with corporations, national organizations and government agencies where participants share and learn from each other.  Our seminars such as The Woman Pioneers Symposium, Breaking Cultural Barriers to Succeed, Franchising, and the Executive Leadership Institute.

Based upon our proven track record, we have also been asked by the Department of Labor to help organize the annual Opportunity Conference to reach two of the most vibrant entrepreneurial groups and workforces in the 21st century: Hispanics and Asian Pacific Americans.

Legislative Briefings & Advocacy
Through our national headquarters in Washington, DC, our presence in the nation’s capital gives us access to our nation’s lawmakers on Capitol Hill where legislative briefings are held and our members’ concerns presented and discussed.

Supplier Diversity Managers’ Summit
This forum provides supplier diversity managers the opportunity to share, with one another, their experiences and discuss best practices and solutions to further improve the supplier diversity programs of corporations and government agencies.

CelebrAsian
Every year since 1984, we have held the only national business conference designed for the Asian American community as part of the Asian Pacific American Heritage Month celebration.  To date, CelebrAsian is the largest annual national Asian American business conference in the United States.  Our annual conference includes our signature event Guanxi* Suppliers Opportunity Fair, where prescheduled one-on-one meetings are held between suppliers and buyers from Fortune companies and government agencies.

In 2004, over 1,000 such meetings were held where the companies and agencies met with suppliers to discuss services and products they would need to procure in the following 12 to 18 months.
